Founder and Principal Attorney of Caprara Law, PC, Stefano has extensive experience representing individuals, start-ups, small- and mid-sized businesses, non-profits, partnerships, and multinational corporations across a wide range of industries.

 

Stefano uses his business acumen and legal knowledge to aid companies and their owners with day-to-day operations, as well as contract drafting and review, complex corporate transactions, multi-party negotiations, and employment concerns. He also has the ability to advise individuals and families on many ancillary practice areas. This full service and balanced approach allows Stefano to guide his clients toward their personal and professional goals.

 

Prior to founding Caprara Law, Stefano practiced with the international corporate law firm of Bennett Jones, LLP in Alberta, Canada, and McLane, Graf, Raulerson and Middleton, P.A. in Woburn, Massachusetts.

 

Stefano is also an avid swimmer. Prior to trading his swimsuit for a business suit, he served as Captain of Cornell University’s varsity swimming and diving team and competed as an Olympic Trials finalist.
